Our client was looking for a way of updating her living room, while keeping it feeling cosy. We found a curtain fabric that was in keeping with her beautiful cottage, without being too old fashioned. We used this stunning embroidered fabric, the light background meant it didn’t look too heavy in the room, and the rich colours tied in with the existing red wall.
We added a few cushions to the sofa in coordinating fabrics, all finished with a red piping.
Finally we made a bespoke rug, using the deep red meant it was practical for the energetic dog. The lighter border lifted the colour and tied it in to the curtains.
